techniques, with an emphasis on moving and releasing energy throughout the body.

Swedish - 60 minutes - $100.00 -- 90 minutes $130.00
Classic style that uses relaxing strokes to increase circulation of blood and lymph.

Deep Tissue - 60 minutes - $110.00 -- 90 minutes $145.00
Massage method focusing on aligning the deep layers of muscles and connective
tissue (called fascia) through kneading and applying slow, intense pressure.

Hot Stone - 60 minutes - $125.00 -- 90 minutes $160.00
Specially selected heated stones are used to massage the body, providing a
nurturing and enhanced therapeutic effect. The application of heat not only increases
the feeling of well-being but also enables the therapist to work deeper.

Thai Stem - 60 minutes $125.00
Traditional healing herbs and oils are wrapped in unbleached cotton and then tied to
a stem and steamed to release their healing properties, and are then massaged over
the body. The oils are absorbed into the blood stream through the epidermis and they
react with the body's chemistry in a sympathetic and gentle way

Shiatsu - 60 minutes $75.00
Shiatsu (指圧 Japanese from shi, meaning finger, and atsu, meaning pressure) is a
traditional hands-on therapy originating in Japan in which pressure is applied to
certain points along body meridians using the hands, thumbs and elbows.

Foot Reflexology - 50 minutes $55.00
A cousin of acupuncture. It involves pressing reflex areas on the feet. These areas
correspond to organs and systems of the body. Foot Reflexology cleanses the mind
and body and revitalizes energy.

Sea Salt Body Scrub - 45 minutes $80.00
This exfoliating salt scrub is a blend of skin polishing dead sea salts wrapped in
moisturising coconut, jojoba and sweet almond oils to refine and resurface the
texture of the skin and leave it super smooth.

Seaweed & Mud Body Wrap - 45 minutes $100.00
Your skin will be gently exfoliated, and then warm Black Sea mud and seaweed will
be applied. You will be wrapped for 25 minutes in a mylar sheet to keep you warm
while you enjoy the benefits of a scalp massage. This wrap leaves your skin well
nourished and feeling firm and moisturized.
